My Story

I'm an elementary school educator, a former change management consultant, and perhaps most importantly, the parent of a neurodivergent child.

Like many parents, I've sat in meetings listening to professionals discuss my child and wondered:

"What does this actually mean?"

"What should I do next?"

"Am I doing enough?"

“What if I get this wrong?”

I've experienced the worry, the uncertainty, and the pressure that comes with wanting to make the best decisions for your child. I’ve experienced the heartbreak that comes with watching your child struggle.

Professionally, I understand how schools work. I understand developmental milestones, classroom expectations, teacher perspectives, and the realities of implementing support within a school setting.

Personally, I understand what it feels like when the child in question is your own.

I created this service because I've seen too many families receive valuable information through evaluations but still feel alone when it comes to figuring out what happens next.

Parents need clarity, a plan, and someone who understands both the system and the emotional journey that comes with it.
